DESCRIPTION:<p>For the first time ever we are handing the reins to our good friends in Madison at the Four Lakes Ice Yacht Club.</p>
 <p>Minnesota had it's early ice and now we move on.   We won't make anybody drive by the good ice in Madison.</p>
