I am pleased to announce the site for the 2005 Western Challenge Regatta will be West Battle Lake, Battle Lake, MN. The ice on Battle Lake is EPIC.

Conveniently located half way (15 miles) between perfect OtterTail and Excellent Christina, North of the predicted snow, with a good wind and evening temperature forecast. Battle Lake has a large sailing area immediately off of the West Public Access. Local amenities, including sail in dining.

Directions to the Regatta HQ Hotel: Falls Inn & Suites Best Western, Fergus Falls, MN (this is a shorter drive than Christina to either hotel).
