another week 5 milestone - KA -3
Aussie John is now about 80 % done with the cedar sided hull for his brand new KA-3 Boat, totally amazed at what a first time builder with good plans and tools can do.
Of course he is a woodbutcher, er, carpenter by craft.
If everything goes right, he'll be on the line at the Worlds with it an 6 weeks.
Sure he'll be looking for a mast, runners, sail, etc. pretty soon.
