Minnetonka swap meet

Mike, from Shorewood Yacht Club, did a nice job putting together our Minnesota Swap meet. I'm guessing 6 DNs were sold along with a bunch of parts. Mike's also just about done making a kick-butt runner sharpener. Said he's open to sharpen for anybody at a nominal price.

Of note was the number of first timers and newbies. Great to have them there.

Next year: bigger, better, blah blah blah.

Thanks Mike! That was a great swap meet. For anyone still looking for an entry level boat there are a couple around. Post here if you are looking or feel free to call my cell. I'll pass along the information that I have. 612-840-9855

used dn

Nice to meet you at the swap meet. Wonder if the old dn finally sold? I'm coming back through the cities this weekend and if not would like it please contact me . On the swap meet would have liked more old souls to talk about their trials and tribs a bit more it seemed that there were either nubiesor people selling. I think Mike has some ideas that would help us rec sailers fit in and learn. Thanks for putting it on.

used dn - The Red Boat

Hi Dennis,
I have a older DN for sale that I brought to the swap meet but I didn't set the boat up at the meet since I didn't bring the mast or sail.

I will be posting pictures later this weekend after I set it up in the drive way.
