Prior Lake track
you guys should think about making your track in the large bay along Fairlawn Shores directly across from the Sand Point Beach Park..easy access from the park but Captain Jacks is the only bar on the lake...I sailed the Fairlawn Shores bay right up thru the big snow storm and untill the sleds came out.

Trying to stage events in locations where you might bring at least a partially civilized woman, she'd have fun and might want to return. (key growth infrastructure)
Food, drink and sanitation are all key elements in looking at a Captain Jack's location.
Heck if I could figure out a launch site and access issues, I'd think about sailing across the street from the Casino on Mystic Lake!
The current condition of the snow cover on ice is - really bad... rough, ice chucks mixed into the snow, it's gonna be tough sledding to carve a track there.
