Keeping poll open through December. I will have details shortly. Using the closed course upwind/downwind oval! This is in combination with other SPWC events the same day at Lake Phalen. Plenty of spectators.

my thinking is if it's to happen, it'll be at white bear lake...
If a contemplated Winter Carnival event is to happen, a little higher skill level is needed.
And that means turning left right now!
