That was really great sailing! Pelican Lake developed some cracks on Sunday. We checked Christina and it looked really good. We did not sail there this time because we saw the ice on Pelican first. The launch on the South side of Lake Christina was in good shape and suitable for getting as trailer on.
For Thanksgiving weekend; Look to Sweede Lake and Buffalo for ice closer to home. Buffalo was frozen on sunday afternoon. Remember you may be first on the ice so be careful out there.
If you want to sail your Skeeter you will have to go to Christina.

Four boat sail on ice that was a ten. We had 8-12 mph for breeze and did about a dozen scrub races.
