Today: Rain likely, mixing with snow after noon. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 44. Breezy, with a north northwest wind between 22 and 24 mph, with gusts as high as 37 mph. Chance of precipitation is 60%.
Tonight: Partly cloudy, with a low around 25. Blustery, with a north northwest wind 19 to 22 mph decreasing to between 9 and 12 mph.
Saturday: Partly cloudy, with a high around 48. Northeast wind 8 to 14 mph becoming south southeast.

Pelican Lake, Ashby, MN
Pelican Lake, Saturday April 1, 9:00 am CST, the lake is completely frozen, fast to shore, the ice was a bit cut up from the rain, but appeared totally boatable.
Family commitments preempted an attempt to sail, wind was fine at 12-15 mph, I expect somebody in Central - Northern Minnesota is still sailing.
