Iceboating on Prior lake...
I have an old nite I'm sailing on Prior lake this winter..anyone else ever sailed on that lake???

Prior lake
Sailed today on Upper Prior by Sand Point...good ice but there is a bad very rough spot in front of the island that goes all the way across..3 to 4" of ice.Not a big lake but good for a first run.

Walked north end of prior this morning, looks like a 3" sheet. Need to do daylight walk, but it looks promising. I'll be on the north end (at sand point where flyer602 had sailed) if there's wind tonight or the next good day.
