Lake St. Croix

For cruisers that want to stay close to home this weekend, the lower croix
should be amazing as there is no traffic to muck up the ice when it was soft.No Snow!

Put on 60 miles or so on Sat. and 80 on sun. I fear the season over for me.Conditions the same as reported from Pepin.

Another half hour drive and
Another half hour drive and your'e in Pepin Wisconsin.
It looked like some open water when we drove through Prescott on our way to and from Pepin. Be Carefull.
Lake Pepin is a big lake w/ lot's of room for more to come and play.

Between Hudson and Afton is
Between Hudson and Afton is a wonderful piece of ice.Much too narrow at Prescott. Lake Pepin is an hour+ from Stillwater. Awesome ice in my back yard, but yes do be careful on either piece of ice as there is hazards on both.
