It hasn't snowed in Fergus Falls, too cold to snow, :) Several local are lakes were known to be boatable yesterday. 4695 and KA 3 will be travelling I 94 from Fergus to Minneapolis later today.

A review of the last 24 hours radar and the webcam at Arrowwood Resort, Alex. Arrowwood's Live Webcam Lakes Osakis, Miltona and or Minnewaska as plausible venues.

Preliminary Ice Report: Perfect ice sailing conditions remain for Week 9 of Minnesota Ice Sailing!

To wit: We drove past Osakis last night, it's a lake we've sailed in prior years... generally bifurcated by an enormous impassible crack. There has been no snowfall in this area. The ground and lakes are totally clear of snow... I suspect Minnewaska is in similar condition and solicit a report. Additionally I'm quite curious about Buffalo and Waconia, there's some snow on Minnetonka, probably boatable, and this sailor likes a "muddy track"... we have options.

Ice is nice.
