i'm going down to sail with the sherry gang and jorg and mereli and others, friday 12/3/06. They are staying to sail on friday. We are launching at pepin, wi in front of the pickle factory.
be there at 9:30am or be square..
hint hint.. this is a good chance to sail for sport with the fast gang from Detroit..
when i left pepin on friday there was snow up over the inserts,
but there was also open water up near our regular race area on the north end of lake city, so maybe that will freeze up during this cold snap for some new black ice...
Need update on conditions
I would love to sail Pepin on Sat or sun. Can someone provide a reliable ice report after Fridays sleet and or snow event?
